STEP 1: DUE DILIGENCE

Once you deposit your earnest money, Oliver will schedule a home inspection with a trusted, licensed inspector. After receiving the inspection report, he’ll work with you to address any property concerns or necessary repairs.

STEP 2: FINANCING

To secure your mortgage, submit requested documents to your lender, who will guide you through the loan underwriting process.

STEP 3: APPRAISAL

Oliver will ensure that your lender knows when to arrange a property appraisal, to confirm that you’re paying a fair price.
